Recent Work: Strategic Communications Plan for Academic Society

A prestigious academic society asked me to help them develop a strategic communications plan to help them take a deep look at their target audiences and determine how best to communicate with them online. We spent months pouring over their internal planning documents and user surveys and developed a Strategic Communications Plan that helped the communications team, which was a remote team scattered across the U.S., focus on their communications needs and desires, understand their opportunities and challenges, and set priorities.

If followed closely, this 80-page plan will help their all-volunteer staff adopt the communications mission, agree on needs and opportunities, and collaborate closely on a new communications strategy.
